80/20 Team Event Participation Fee  (EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 2009)

COST: Divided among event participants for each specific event.  Event fees are event cost plus 25% for event cost for coaches time and travel.  If a event cost 200.00 entry 80/20 will charge participants 250.00 to offset expenses.  If (8) players participate in event charge will be split evenly among those (8).
This is team training done right. Student-athletes will have the advantage of playing on a team, but maintain the correct balance of game play and development.  Our focus will be 20% games and 80% practice and development. 

It is our mission to teach to the highest level of basketball understanding from an individual and team perspective.  Our teaching will prepare players to play within any system their basketball career takes them.
They will learn how to score the ball, and move without the ball to help others score. They will learn a motion offense applicable to many schemes, and learn the principles of spacing within the concept of sound offensive basketball team play.

They will learn this without sacrificing their individual creativity of each player for the sake of winning a game or tournament.

They will learn the game the right way, and have fun playing the game.  Without a fun element it can't possibly be worth the time and resources.
